At the Queen City Pro-Am, we believe the game of basketball brings people together and it doesn’t stop off the court.
We are dedicated to making a lasting impact in our community through a variety of programs that support, uplift, and inspire. We’re always looking for volunteers, sponsors, and partners who share our passion for giving back. Whether you want to donate, participate in our events, or share your time, there’s always a way to get involved. Ready to join us? Click the button below! |
COMMUNITY EVENTS
dribble for a cause
adopt a street
The importance of education cannot be overstated. With 1 in 5 students living in poverty, school officials report that many children do not have access to school supplies necessary to support their academic achievement and success. We want to help and will collect school supplies at QCPA games. At the end of the summer, the collected school supplies will be provided to area youth in need.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
The Omar Carter Charity is committed to helping young athletes and adults alike become better prepared in the case of a cardiac emergency. Their mission is to raise awareness of cardiovascular health and provide CPR training and keys to healthy living. Their training is geared towards educating with engaging activities and easy to learn CPR lessons. There will be an Omar Carter Foundation workshop during one of the main day events of the QCPA. Our goal is to help the Omar Carter Foundation increase the awareness of cardiovascular health and the importance of knowing CPR.

"Nobody Fights Alone"
We are using our platform to help increase awareness of these diseases. According to the World Health Organization, at least one-third of all cancer cases are preventable. We want to help encourage the community to be proactive. Knowledge and early detection save lives.
Donations toward cancer awareness will be collected during our QCPA summer basketball league. All proceeds will be donated to local organizations whose purpose is to prevent breast and prostate cancers.
